Sarah Basile is an attorney in the firm’s labor and employment practice. She represents public and private sector unions before arbitrators, state and federal courts, the National Labor Relations Board, and administrative agencies.

Before joining the firm, Sarah served as the Labor and Employment Counsel for the American Federation of Government Employees (AFL-CIO) (“AFGE”), where she represented union leadership in labor arbitrations, advised on compliance with federal labor laws, negotiated collective bargaining agreements, and litigated matters before administrative agencies and courts. She also served as the Legal Rights Fellow at AFGE, where she represented local unions in arbitration.

Sarah received her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law. While in law school, Sarah interned at a plaintiff-side law firm and at the Massachusetts Attorney General Office in its Consumer Protection Division. She competed in the Robert F. Wagner National Labor and Employment Law Moot Court Competition, was a member of the Northeastern Law Review, and worked as both a research and teaching assistant. Sarah grew up in Michigan and currently resides in Washington, D.C.
